Payment Policy
Payment is through PayPal as this provides you the fastest shipment and offers you the highest level of payment protection. Please contact me if you need to make other payment arrangements.
Shipment Policy
Shipments are made within 2 to 5 days after an order has been placed. If an item is not in stock, you will get an email from me. Priority mailing will be used for all items and it includes insurance. The shipping rates are based on purchase cost which is an estimate. Purchases over $500 may be charged a higher shipping charge due to additional insurance costs. If you live outside the United States, I will notify you of shipping charges.
Return Policy
I allow returns ONLY if...
- Item is not NRFB or MIB.
- Item is returned in exactly the same condition.
- I am informed by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours for return approval. Any returns received without prior approval will be refused. I must receive returns within seven days of you receiving the item.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel an order, please notify me so others can purchase item. I am very understanding, please let me know if there is a delay in payment.
Layaway Policy
I gladly offer layaway on sales totaling $100+. Terms are half down, and the balance is due within 30 days. Any total exceeding $500, another payment plan can be arranged. Please note: if balance is not paid within 30 days, deposit is forfeited. Deposits are not refundable - no exceptions.
